Japanese Earthquake

This uses the rules of leading lines because they are walking in a line and we don't know where they are going. this photo is a cause from the earthquake. it is a very bad situation. japan has been messed up by mother nature.

This Photo Uses simplicity and example of rule of thirds. it is one of those pictures that shows a lot of damage from the tsunami. it is good shot but really bad situation. it has many attributes and came up really bad.

This Photo Uses Framing becaue it has the smoke frame in alot of the land that still remains from the Tsunami. It is a good shot of the situation. but it is a very bad situation and needs to be helped.

I think its solid and all of the situations that the project offers.

I would ask how much they are paying and what the cost was gonna be to get the materials to do it.

he had a solid view of the situation and there is a huge possibility that he loves what he does.

Cool advertising idea

This photo i think is the best because it shows creativity using hands and building a tower.it would probably persuade me to sign with at and t if it had a better phone in the picture but not with that booki phone.it is possible that this photo ad is capable to get around.

Happy akins building

This Phot is my Akins picture because akins is a weird building and it brings out alot. this is one of those photos i feel i really put some thought on posting because of the weirdness of it.

This is my happy photo because young jef is happy to be going to akins . i chose this photo because he is a young child who is actually kinda happy to be at school.

I chose this as my building photo because it shows the first thing you see when you come to akins. it gives alot of pizaz and a thought process of the schools opening.

Every yearbook has a cover. the cover of my yearbook says the end of an era because its a 99.
on occasion theres words on it. Every yearbook has end sheets kind of like a table of contents. it talks about the publisher and its called a good deal. front end sheet and back end sheet. i see a tiltle on ths second page aka page 1 of the actual book it has the class and enrollment and some roundrock express stuff. we call page 1 the title page. often restates the theme of the book. spread(2 pages together side by side in the yearbook) it shows a little more and stuff that is possible with change, page 2 and 3 usually theme pages. Academics is my divider page and are able to divide it with the power of the world. mine has like 6 dividers. every good book should have a table of contents. last page on the end are scary ans ur has a colophon

Magazine Cover styles

2. Poster Cover -  big picture that covers up the whole thing and as a set of small words and the words on the cover relate to the photo and nothing else picutres need tp be real apealing. covers can be boring

In the forrest of words- alot of words on the cover that are bold and non bold colorful different fonts different sizies. picure being coverd lots of points of entry and entry points compliment each other. tells u whats goin on in the photo and allows u to see what u expect in the magazine, pictures sale but if u cover it with words it negatives it. less points of entry means leass buyers

The magazine cover i chose as my favorite because, it is very badass. Its a great portrait taken by the photographer. I say it is a good portrait because it was taken from his feet up and it is michael Jordan one of the greatist basketball. Its a nice portrait for a magazine cover of Details.

Portrait and self-portrait tips and ideas

Think about your motivation and emotions: Blankly staring at the camera rarely gets good results. Be silly, don’t be afraid to over-act. The worst that can happen is that you fill up your memory card with useless photos; but you might also find yourself with a proper gold-nugget of a self portrait.

Get Closer
The most common mistake made by photographers is that they are not physically close enough to their subjects. In some cases this means that the center of interest—the subject—is just a speck, too small to have any impact. Even when it is big enough to be decipherable, it usually carries little meaning. Viewers can sense when a subject is small because it was supposed to be and when it's small because the photographer was too shy to get close.


A mirror or some other reflective surface offers an even easier way to take a self-portrait. In most cases, the camera will be included in the scene (but this can help make a statement about your enthusiasm for photography). You can use your camera as a prop, and hold it away from your face. When you photograph into a mirror, be sure your reflection is in focus. An infrared autofocusing system will usually focus on glass if it's aimed into a mirror, and will focus at infinity if aimed at an angle. You might try focusing at an object that's the same distance as the distance from the camera to the reflection, lock in the focus, recompose the image to include yourself, and take the picture.




This is  Environmental portrait photograph. I like how the subject is positioned in the photograph and the setting this picture is painting. I really like the fact that its in black and white.
